No. Operators, designers, creators, and community hosts are welcome. Coding helps, but it is not the only way to contribute.

A hacker house is a live-in sprint: builders ship on deadline, publish build logs, and demo together.

No. The Foundry is an independent xFoundry Lab community. We collaborate with ecosystem partners, but we are not the same organization as Stellar Ghana or SDF.
The community token is a future membership layer for contributors, hosts, and long term members.
